Mission Trip to Louisiana

A group of women from St Paul UMC traveled to the Sager-Brown UMCOR campus in Louisiana to sew infant gowns and put together health kits for distribution in developing countries.

The health kits contain such things as: washcloth, hand towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, bar of soap, comb, nail clipper or file, bandaids.

The work carried on at the Sager-Brown facility, located on a bayou near Baldwin, Louisiana, is done entirely by volunteers, and 100% of the money and donated items go to relief and mission work.

UMCOR is the United Methodist Committee on Relief and is part of the mission arm of the United Methodist Church.
